Essential Job Functions – What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively build and manage the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new prospects across multiple channels, including customized lists, outbound calls, video calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives and Account Directors, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of opportunities and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system, tracking leads, contacts, and opportunities to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and continuously refine outreach efforts.
  • Meet established activity standards for pipeline management, including prospecting, opportunity creation, meeting completion, and value identification.
  • If assigned to inbound inquiries, engage and qualify leads through the company website, ensuring timely and professional responses to all potential clients.

Essential Qualifications – What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or customer success, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuously mastering a trackable sales process, with a strong desire to meet or exceed expectations through ongoing training, study, and creativity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) and experience using sales enablement tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong ability to present value propositions effectively and confidently.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
