What You’ll Do:
- Drive consultative sales of Prospect Precise’s portfolio of B2B marketing solutions to marketing leaders across agencies and enterprise prospects.
- Meet and exceed annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify strategies to enhance sales performance and accelerate goal achievement within your assigned region.
- Develop and penetrate new business opportunities, manage renewals, and pursue upsell opportunities within your accounts.
- Foster and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with enterprise clients in your region.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure deals.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring it is sufficient to exceed your annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and provide high-level, ongoing support for new and existing clients.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Perform other responsibilities as needed.
Your Profile/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of selling digital marketing solutions to marketing leadership in agencies or enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $1.5 million or more.
- 2+ years of consistently surpassing sales quotas, ranking in the top 10-15% of the sales team.
- Strong history of building positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and sales support staff.
- Expertise in consultative selling and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- In-depth knowledge of Prospect Precise, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and the competitive landscape is highly preferred.

- Technical aptitude to effectively pitch and explain our advanced platform.
- A consultative sales style, focused on providing tailored solutions to clients.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Positive, collaborative mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Compensation : up to 150,000 Annually + Commission based on target overachievement.
